Recall your past performances, or, if you've never performed, what you imagine performing would be like.
Think back to (or imagine) the best performance. How did you feel? What were the circumstances and conditions, such as location, audience size and demographics, temperature, atmosphere, etc.?
Take a minute and picture it in as much detail as possible, and notice how your body feels.
Now think back to the worst performance, again considering the previous questions.
What can you learn from comparing the two to make future experiences more enjoyable and successful?
